The Marram Grass

We are collaborating with Peninsula Home Improvements who are designing and building a bespoke pod for us, situated here at The Marram Grass, Newborough, Anglesey. The pod will be named 'The Peninsula Studio' and will be the base for running cooking demos, private dinning experiences and cookery lessons. It's main emphasis will be on engaging youngsters and teaching them not only the basics of cooking but what it really takes to become a top level chef. This will be the first of it's kind, not only on Anglesey but in North Wales.
