Happy New Year, I hope you have had a great festive period and are looking forward to the year ahead.

Following on from our hiatus at the end of the year for the new installation, Stwdio Peninsula is now primed and once again ready for action. I am really excited to start 2020 by welcoming on board Rational as another partner that has joined the ever growing list of contributors to the Ynys Mon Cookery School Project.

I thought it was apt to drop the video updates and write to you personally as we go into the New Year, to thank you again for your ongoing support and to remind you of the other contributors to the project incase they can provide a service to you across the next 12 months.

Across 2019 we had a great response to the Masterclasses, rewards and experiences that were delivered. Unfortunately some of the Masterclasses had to be rearranged to accommodate the timetables of our Guest Chefs, and over the coming weeks we will be releasing the new dates for any postponed classes.

The biggest news to announce is the launch of the Kids Cookery Classes, which will commence post Easter Holidays. We will be using the classes to invest the knowledge and experience of our team into the next generation of Marram Grass-lings.

We had a fantastic launch of the Cookery School in September, and once again we’d like to thank all that could attend. There are a couple of Vlogs of the day and the build up on our YouTube channel.
